Tasty Concoctions

Tofu gets a bad rap, mainly because of abominations like Tofurkey and Tofurti (Tofu ice cream). But it can be really delicious in soups or stir fry, as long as it doesn't masquerade as meat. Tofu is tasty and healthy, and vegans can enjoy this recipe too.

Spicy Tofu

You will need:
1 block firm or extra firm tofu
3 green onions, diced
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1/2 Tbsp sesame seeds
2 1/2 Tbsp chili paste
1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder

This recipe is pretty simple and can be made very quickly.

About fifty years ago, many world leaders passed laws in their countries to help curb the various types of pollutions in their countries. The Russian government, in an effort to convince its citizens that the coal emissions from their chimneys were harmful and causing respiratory death syndrome in kids, put up posters that said "The smoke of chimneys is the breath of Soviet Russia" around the country.
