It is surprising to know that in the 21st century women are still fighting for equal rights, but it is more surprising to know that from the look of things an end to the injustice is still a long way off. Most years NJIT has more than one valedictorian. Despite the fact that up to nine people in one year have simultaneously claimed this award, the administration here apparently believes that anyone with a 4.0 GPA should be given the award.
